The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a very clean 2005 Volvo S60-R Turbo AWD with the 6-Speed transmission. There have been two owners since new. The first owner lived in California and sold this car in 2008 with 45k miles. The second owner was from PA, and maintained this car extremely well - inside, outside and mechanically. He had this car serviced regularly at Stillman Volvo in Chester PA, and there are service stamps in the book from the time he purchase it to date. This car was last serviced at Stillman with 177k miles. They replaced the Timing Belt at 123k miles and isn't due for replacement again until it reaches 240k miles. The owner traded this S60 in for a new Honda minivan last week. This Volvo runs and drives beautifully and there aren’t any service or warning lights on. The 2.5L Turbo engine runs super strong and smoothly without any issues or problems. The transmission shifts crisply and clutch engages smoothly with lots of grab. The suspension and steering feel nice and tight. The matching set of premium Goodyear tires are showing lots of tread and the brake pads are in excellent condition. The oil & filters were changed this week and this S60R is ready to be picked up and driven anywhere. The Titanium Gray Metallic exterior is in terrific condition with remarkably few imperfections considering the mileage. The paint is super glossy over the entire exterior with only a few stone nicks or superficial imperfections. There aren't any dents or scratches and there isn’t any body rust. The undercarriage is clean and in excellent condition. The alloy wheels are in great condition and not chipped or corroded. The interior is clean and fresh. There aren't any rips or holes on the seats or carpeting in this car. All of the leather seats are soft, supple and in great condition with minor wear on the driver side. The carpeting is fluffy and clean throughout this car. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any odors inside this vehicle. The vehicle history report shows a minor incident 10 years ago, which was fully resolved without any residual issues. The title for this car is clean and clear. This is a gorgeous looking and excellent running S60R, and I would expect this Volvo to provide excellent service for many years to come. The balance is due within seven days. Pickup of the vehicle is within ten days of auction completion. The acceptable methods of payment are Bank Wire Transfer, Certified Bank Check, Direct Deposit or Cash in person. We do not offer financing. Deposit down payments are non refundable. We do not accept trade ins. Any guarantee offer for this vehicle will be voided if payments are not made according to terms. WARRANTY: This vehicle will be sold AS-IS with no warranty expressed or implied by the seller. However, the buyer will be offered the option to purchase an additional Extended Service Warranty for all applicable vehicles. The title is guaranteed to be free and clear. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $60, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter). We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends. We also sell vehicles locally and reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time.
