VERY RARE LHD Mk1 British Ford Escort built to RS2000 spec. Very rust-free shell with works steel "bubble arches", NOS bonnet (w/ slight shipping damage). 6-dial instrument binnacle, Ford RS steering wheel. Pinto 2.0L engine w/ modified head (David Vizard specs), Twin 42 DCOE Webers, mandrel-bent headers, BW T-10 trans, rebuilt rear end w/ Summers Brothers axles. 4 Panasport 13 X 6 wheels w/ Michelins.Spare high-performance engine w/ big-valve ported head, chrome cam cover and Mallory Dual-Point distrbutor.Fast Forward aluminum race head and ceramic-coated inlet manifold for twin 45/48 DCOE Webers.New dry-sump system. 4 new Revolution 13 X 7 alloy wheels.2 like-new Minilite 13 X 7 alloy wheels.Works-style front strut brace.Racer Walsh adjustable cam pulley.New bumpers, grille, headlamps, RS2000 emblems, door latch mechanisms, heater controls, boot lid latch. On Dec-04-17 at 18:23:38 PST, seller added the following information: Please Note:I have had many people ask me what, if any, rust damage the body shell has... There is a little rust-through on the driver's side front floor. There is also a bit underneath the same section of the floor where the strengthening box channel comes down from the engine compartment and joins to the horizontal box channel which extends toward the rear of the car. And finally, there is a rust-through area on the passenger side floor adjacent to the drive shaft tunnel just behind the box channel section that the front seat would bolt to. Not much at all for a 46 year-old car!I took some more photos of these specific areas last night with the intention of swapping them for a few of the photos already posted, but ebay won't allow me to make the change. Sorry. And, I cannot just add them. They will only allow me post 24 photos. Now, if anyone is very concerned about these areas, please message me through ebay and I will attach photos in my response to you.
