Please contact me for more pictures or the CarfaxOverview Thank you for looking at my auction. I am regrettably selling my 2011 BMW 335d, which I have owned since Feb 2014. The car is in exceptional condition and is available for inspection in the evenings or weekends by appointment only. It has a clean Texas title. This particular BMW is one of the last E90 chassis (one of BMW's best) made having rolled off the production line in August 2011. It is also the last year BMW sold the 3-series in the US with the powerful 3.0 turbo diesel, this engine is now reserved for the 5-series and X5. With this car you get fuel efficiency and power. The car did not find its original owner until April 2012, and I purchased it as a Certified Pre-Owned car in Feb 2014 with only 14,000 miles. I have babied this BMW during my ownership, and all of the servicing has been completed at BMW dealerships, with the exception of alignments and tire rotations, which were completed by my local Firestone. I have retained all of the service records, which I will provide to the purchaser. The BMW service schedule has been strictly followed with all maintenance completed on schedule. There are no mechanical, electrical, or other issues with this car. The car drives and shifts smoothly, the AC is ice cold, and it is a pleasure to drive. The body is dent and ding free and looks beautiful. There may be a cleaner 335d out there but I haven’t seen it. I have used this car as my daily driver and have kept it kept under cover year round; it does not sit out in the sun or rain. During the day I park it in a covered parking garage, and at home it is either in the garage or in a covered driveway. This car was high and dry during Hurricane Harvey; we are fortunate enough to live in an area that did not experience high water. Since owning this car I have averaged 33 mpg, and have got as high as 43 mpg on long highway drives. Recent Maintenance 10/25/17 – BMW Standard Scope inspection performed by BMW of the Woodlands – brakes graded as Green (6mm or more remaining), tires graded as Yellow (4/32 – 5/32 remaining), battery graded as Green 10/06/17 – Oil, oil filter, fuel filter, air filter, wiper blades, diesel exhaust fluid all serviced by BMW of the Woodlands 09/02/17 – Battery replaced by BMW of the Woodlands 06/17/17 – Alignment and Tire Rotation at Firestone 02/02/17 – NOX sensors replaced by BMW of the Woodlands. BMW warranty on NOX sensors extended to 10 years / 120,000 miles from original in service date (paperwork will be included) 02/24/16 – Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) Active Tank replaced by BMW of the Woodlands. BMW warranty on SCR Active Tank extended to 10 years / 120,000 miles from original in service date (paperwork will be included) All other BMW scheduled maintenance completed – the transmission fluid will be due at 100,000 miles. Also, please keep in mind that while this BMW has received excellent maintenance, it is used, and is sold with no warranty or guarantee from me as the seller, implicit, explicit, implied or otherwise. The BMW is available for inspection in the evenings or weekends by appointment only. If you’re buying from out of state I will be flexible in meeting an auto transporter. EBay offers a system to receive quotes from auto shippers. A $500 deposit is due within 24 hours of the auction ending and full payment is due within 4 days of the auction ending. You may make the deposit with PayPal. If you back out of the purchase, I keep the deposit – sorry if this sounds harsh but I want to attract serious buyers only. I will continue to drive the BMW until the deposit is received, at which point I will garage the BMW until the full balance is received. The balance of the proceeds can be paid by wire transfer or PayPal Gift, or other payment through Ebay. The funds must be in my account before I release the car. I will accept a cashier’s check, but even cashier’s checks take time to clear. Please keep this is mind – I cannot release the car until funds have cleared. If you use a shipping service, you are responsible for insurance while the BMW is in transport and all shipping costs.
