This is a company salespersons car. We purchased it used with 70,000 miles. It has been recently been maintained and still is being driven daily. It passed smog last week and the tags are good for a year. It has a lot of miles on it and like most BMW cars it has more to go. It is being sold as is where is with no guarantees or warranties. I am still laughing about the amount the dealer was offering on the trade in. As such the reserve is very low and I would rather see somebody get a deal as opposed to the dealer. The only serious interior flaw is on the back of the drivers seat. The only exterior flaw is a small crease in the rear hatch. Both are shown in the pictures. Ask any and all questions.
