Hard-to-find 1977 Ford F-150 Ranger 4x4 Flareside (Stepside) Short Bed pickup truck. As you probably know, these are rare... don’t let this one get away. This is a extremely straight truck wearing a decent older repaint in factory S-code Dark Blue Metallic paint. The interior is original and in good survivor condition. Showing only 97,100 miles, the truck is a real powerhouse with a well-built 1971 400M high performance engine. Performance parts include cam and lifters, timing set, HV oil pump, Edelbrock 4v aluminum intake and 4v carburetor, electronic ignition, and more. This is a rare 4-speed manual transmission model, and features power steering, power brakes, and 3.50 Limited Slip axles front and rear. The truck runs very well and drives nicely with solid steering and a rebuilt brake system. The 4-wheel drive system works as it should. The wheels are original steel Ford units freshly sandblasted and powder coated, wearing factory hubcaps. The tires are BRAND NEW Dunlop Mud Rover 10.5/31/15LT’s; great tires and a good size for the truck. Very easy to drive with the genuine power steering, not the old “power assist” found on older Fords... anyone can drive this truck. Newer battery, serviced cooling and charging systems, new belts, filters, fluids, oil, etc. etc. The body is as straight as you will find anywhere with no rust-through in the floors, rockers, cab corners, etc. The only rust remotely worthy of mention is in the bed side to bed floor area (pictured). The dash pad is uncracked and original, the pedal assembly cleaned and painted, new pedal pads, solid original carpet , great original seat upholstery, visors, headliner, door panels, etc. The glass is very nice all around. The truck shows 97,100 miles on the odometer, and is believed to be original. This is a very cool truck that is going to make someone very happy!
