This car looks and smells like new! We purchased this, along with several other vehicles from an auction of cars recovered in the Houston flood plains. We have the ability to inspect and check the vehicles before bidding, so we are able to determine how high the water went and what it would take to get the vehicle back to being a run and drive with no issues. This one, we could tell the water got up to right before the carpet but did not go into the engine or transmission. Since the batteries are stored underneath the passenger seat, we went ahead and replaced it with a new one. Also, there was no signs of corrosion or damage on the fuse box. But we went ahead and treated it anyway to be sure. After careful inspection of everything else, the car was ready to go. And it drives and rides like a dream. All of the various features work like they should and this GL450 is ready to go anywhere with a new rebuilt title. Because of the battery being down when it was sold at auction, the miles could not be read. So, even though we believe the miles are original, the title will be marked as “Not Actual Mileage”. We stand behind everything in this ad 100% and pictures from before we purchased it are available upon request. We also included a number of pictures from beneath the car to show that there is no rust and how clean it is. It has been through our service and we are pleased with the way it drives, shifts, stops, and sounds. It will also come with a new state safety inspection. Out of state or International buyers will be responsible for a $96 fee above the purchase price that covers the Texas state inspections, paperwork, and costs associated with converting the title from a Salvage title to a Rebuilt title.
