Car was in a minor accident while I was driving it, and given it was my second car anyway, I've just decided to sell it as-is instead of fix it. I've driven it this way for a couple weeks and the damage is all cosmetic, but I can't My loss, your gain! Could be fixed, parted out for a profit (rest of the car is pretty much mint condition), or driven as-is. Although there is a little door gap, I have not had water infiltration and there is no wind noise because I added some weatherstripping. Window goes all the way down and up; works fine. Everything works on the car, except I started getting an "active steering" function disabled a couple weeks before the accident (that's the steering wheel light on the dash). 95% of cars don't even have active steering anyway. The only difference from now v before is that the steering ratio does not adjust with speed, just like how most cars don't. Some may actually prefer how it drives. I didn't notice a difference, and did not look into if it was simply low on power steering fluid or if it was a module or needed a battery reset or anything. I'm not sure there is a car that is as good a value as a 550i sedan (especially at the price you can get this for!): 6-speed manual, v8, 360hp, 360tq, 0-60 in like 5 seconds, dynamic bi-xenon headlights (move with steering wheel), heated seats, heated steering wheel (love this), heated REAR seats, AC works great, amazing sound system, quiet, smooth, car pulls like crazy, leather, sunroof, all four tires were new in July, dynamic drive (active rollbar), dynamic traction and stability control, navigation, sport package, autodimming mirror, etc. I will certainly miss this car. I got around 22mpg daily driving. I also have a set of four snow tires on OEM BMW 5-series wheels if you're interested separately. They are not included in this auction price, however.
