This car is complete and still has the original powertrain in it. I have not tried to mess with getting it running but everything is there. Its been sitting for who knows how long but its got everything there to restore. The odometer reads 67,506 and probably is correct since its been sitting up so long. All the interior is there but of course will need redone and the floor boards need work and trunk pan and the frame is looks fine. Some kids busted the glass out but the rear window is still good and the car has nice chrome trim and bumpers that could be redipped. The grill looks great. The only trim missing I seen was the little trim piece above the pass side window that goes on the drip rail. I thought this would make a super cool 2 door hard top ratrod bel-air with a fuel-injected powertrain that you could drive anywhere and have glass put in and leave the paint so you wouldn't have to worry about anything scratching it or etc. The body is pretty straight other then the rust on the lower parts of the body panels but most people are leaving it now for character. These 58 Bel-air's make nice looking cars and you don't see them much. Its a shame this one sit outside but could still be a awesome cruiser restored or leaving the patina and make it a COOL ORIGINAL PAINT ratrod. I hate to make this a parts car but it does have tons of good stuff on it if someone wanted one for a donor. Overall this will make a cool car no matter which way you build it. I don't have a title due to the previous owner losing it years back but there is many different ways you can get another one or there is a company in Taylor Tx called Lawrence Tax and Title Service and they do it all for 250.00 if you wanted to go that route.
