MOTOR HAS ROD KNOCK AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. It runs good enough to get on trailer but no way you are driving home. I bought this as a toy... Im a Chevy guy and wanted a Jeep type vehicle. This was it... Had plans of re-paint due to clear coat failure and god awful pinstriping / decals. Very very clean and everything works. It was owned by older guy that passed and I bought. Needs motor, door bushings, mirror---he took it off pulling in garage, paint.... some minor rust work etc.... Real nice truck that I was excited to have. It has nearly new Michelins on it. I was rolling down highway at 70 and oil pressure gauge started acting funny. I thought it was problem with old electric gauge / sending unit. When I let off gas it was knocking and too late. I lost all enthusiasm for project. My loss is your gain. It could be a beautiful low miles ride. Tony
