We are selling this as a Mechanics Special because this car has some issues. Although the car runs awesome, The convertible roof can only go up and down manually. After car has been sitting, As you start it you will notice blue smoke coming from exhaust for the first 30 seconds. one cooling fan does not work. so if the car is sitting idling for more then 15 minutes you will notice the gauge go to the H level. This car is being driven locally in this condition with no performance issues. I have put all the issues up front, which again, has not affected the daily ride of this car....for the year of this car, a 2001, these are a minimum of problems for a return of youthful fun. I have been driving this around, and what a blast. Is it the latest Mercedes AMG class car...NO, is it the latest BMW M class convertible, NO...but is it fun, driving on the back roads of Bucks County with the top down, HELL YEAH!!!! You get a fun convertible vehicle...Be the envy of your neighbors as they are still trying to pay off their newer Miata's and new Alfa Romeo's.
