The van is set up as a self contained camper, including: 3 roof mounted solar panels, solar charge controller, power inverter, 3 AGM storage batteries and digital battery condition monitor. A single LP gas burner, pressurized fresh water system with (3) 6 gallon storage jugs, "bar" sized sink and faucet with sprayer, LED lighting string (in addition to the factory installed overhead lights), electric powered "cooler", complete set of Craftsman battery powered hand tools, misc hand tools and typical "maintenance" supplies, memory foam mattress with sheets, comforter and blankets. Misc pots, pans and cooking utensils are included. Custom curtains for the complete vehicle. A Lazy Boy recliner (torn arm fabric) is located where the front passenger seat used to be. General condition of the van itself - very good overall. A few spots of dried tree sap. A small area of orange paint "scuffed" onto the front bumper. A VERY minor dent along the passengers side (apparently from rubbing against a tree). Several shallow "tears" on one side of the drivers seat side bolster (see photo). The drivers side rear brake light lens has been repaired with translucent tape. The service records since new are included in the van, indicating normal and routine service has been performed. 4 new tires were installed approx 12,500 miles ago. Also included is the factory owners manual and manuals pertaining to most of the aftermarket add-on equipment. I drove the van recently for several hundred miles and it rode and functioned as normal, with no discrepancies noted. The only services I would recommend are an oil change, front end alignment, tire balance and rotation - not because of noticed deficiency, but due to time since last serviced (approx 10K miles for oil & approx 12.5K miles since the new tires were installed). Due to this being a used vehicle, I offer it for sale "AS IS" with no warranty expressed or implied. I WILL refund the purchase price (minus $500 to cover my expenses) should the van not meet expectation within 7 days of taking possession - as long as it is returned in an "as purchased" condition.
