Hi folks, it's time to say so long to this 40-year old beauty...here's the story: My son bought this car in CA, after graduating high school (2013). After realizing that the upkeep, insurance, maintenance, etc. on 2 x cars was a bit much for a 19-year old, good old "dad" bailed him out and bought the car from him, and had it shipped to TN where we live (2014). The car was a 1-owner, so we are the 2nd owners of this car. It was in good mechanical condition, but the paint was faded and there was some minor rust on the rocker panels. So, I had all that fixed by a professional automotive restoration outfit here in Memphis, TN. We added the lower front air dam before the re-shoot, and made some minor changes like removing the side-reflectors and radio antenna to give it a cleaner look. The paint color is original, #411. We also replaced the tires (not the wheels, they are in excellent condition), battery, radio, and front seat covers. We didn't try and do too much, just give her a "face-lift" and keep her looking as original as possible. Mileage (as of today 9/17/2017): 80,628 original miles. Air Conditioning: I don't know if it has it or not. The fan doesn't blow "cold", but it could just be out of refrigerant. There is a sticker under the hood (see pics) that leads me to believe it DOES have AC, for what it's worth. 4-Speed Manual Transmission This car is a real "head-turner" wherever she goes, and she's always kept indoors. On Sep-23-17 at 05:31:23 PDT, seller added the following information: Update: I had a mechanic friend come over to look under the hood...she DOES have AC. I also was digging through the glove box, and found the original owners manual, warranty and service booklet, EPA Fuel Economy Sticker, and the Original Window Sticker. If you look close, the window sticker shows Air Conditioning as standard equipment. According to the Warranty Service Booklet, the car was originally sold by Nevada County Imports, Grass Valley, CA, on October 19th, 1977, which means she'll be turning 40 next month! The sticker price was $9,177.00 Lastly, I took a few more pics...one of them under the trunk lid. As you can see from the photo, it still has the original spare tire, complete with the can of Datsun Air Inflation, jack, lug wrench, and tool bag.
