This vehicle is 12 years old, has 120,000+ miles, and will not be in "new" condition. Vehicle has normal wear and tear, small dings and scratches, burns approximately 1qt of oil every 1000 miles, and the airbag light is on (caused by defective passenger seatbelt and can be repaired by any Acura dealer for free under lifetime restraint system warranty). CEL is not on. It runs and drives well, shifts smooth, and recently passed NYS safety and emissions inspections. Vehicle is sold as-is with no implied warranties and sale is final. Though the vehicle is no longer registered for use, actual mileage may vary slightly at time of delivery from moving vehicle. The following terms of sale also apply.
