Greetings; This is a 1964 Ford F100 Pick-Up I am selling for a friend that had to move out of state on short notice. This was his everyday truck. The engine starts, runs and sounds great! Transmission shifts great. Clutch is new, and a bit grabby. Brakes are normal for a 53 year old drum brake truck. Body and frame are solid, with a couple of easily fixed problems. There is an odd tear-hole in the right side cab step plate. I'd cut it out, rivet or weld on a patch, putty and paint it. The right door pillar flange joint was badly repaired in the past. It needs to be cut out and replaced...a cheap part and an easy fix. Also, there are a few bubbles on the bottom of the tailgate. There are a couple of small areas of scale on the chrome - easily buffed off. Mileage listed is what is shown on the odometer. I have no idea what the actual miles are. Odometer numbers are exempt on the title. This is an ideal truck to start a serious restoration from. See some of the other eBay ads for 64 F100 trucks with prices of 19,000$ and you will see how close this truck is to that. I estimate that the truck needs a couple hundred bucks worth of easy body work, a paint job and a seat cover to be in the next class up. Or, it is also a great truck to putt around town in and turn heads with!
