1952 Chevy ½ ton pickup. Super Montana history. Just turned 100K miles. Owned By the same guy since 1960. Painted black in 1960 by the owner and still retains that original black paint.. The old boy Was very old school and this truck has so much old school accessories. The topper was put On in 1960 and has remained on the truck its entire life. Bias ply wide white wall tires including 3 spares. So many unique features. Lock boxes on each running board, dash fan, radio With unique history.. original tissue dispenser, all books, manuals and records since day one. Flashlight, fire extinguisher and so many more little add on trinkets that are considered old school. A book in the glovebox where he wrote every single thing that was done to the truck Since 1960. If he changed a light bulb, it went in the book. Gas, etc. everyone in the area tried to buy The truck from the old boy to no avail. Passing away a year ago, has brought this very Unique and rare piece of Montana history up for sale. Truck is 99.9% rust free and extremely clean. Can get in and drive to either coast with no issues. Just not a speed demon. Can cruise all day long at 50-65 with ease. Drives as a new truck and no rattles, or issues of any kind. Everything works and works as it should. Straight six engine with manual 4-speed. about the most original and special truck around. I also have the original steering wheel etc. the old boy was big in the middle and had trouble fitting behind the wheel. custom wheel gives more room. it is complete and very nice. also have all kinds of extras in the back including lots of books and manuals, American Flag you see in the pics and other items of vintage interest. have lots more pics including this additional stuff and the underside of truck including inside the fenderwells. must sell as I can no longer care for my collection.
