Vehicle Detail
96 Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE I am re-listing the above car as the previous highest bidder from Germany has not followed through with the purchase. For this reason I am limiting the auction to US buyers only. I am also adding on a low reserve as well as a buy it now price.I am selling my Porsche 911 964 Carrera 2 Coupe 1992 which I have owned since 2013. The car is in great shape and I have loved driving it. I will try to be as honest about describing the condition as possible. Both exterior and interior are in very good shape. There is no rust. The paint has minor wear and tear, however nothing you would not expect from a 25-year-old car. The interior is in great shape as well. Leather and upholstery have very little wear. The engine runs cleanly with no obvious smoke. It has needed about one extra quart of oil per season as it has a very small oil leak. I have always checked the oil level and changed oil at recommended intervals. The car has a rebuilt title after it was involved in a right front fender collision. I don’t have much information about this. It has been restored and is structurally perfectly sound. It does not pull in either direction and I have not had any issues with this flaw. There is an issue with the heating system, however I have only driven it in summer and therefore did not miss the heater. It has always been garage kept. Power windows, power seats, power locks and power sunroof are all working well. Rear spoiler opens and closes normally. I always put it on the trickle charger as the climate control unit continually runs a little fan drawing the battery just slightly. Since it has a rebuilt title, I have never worried about putting more miles on it as it is not exactly a collector car. This car is one of the last available air cooled classic Porsches and it has been a thrill to own it. The car sounds great, handles amazingly well and is just a lot of fun to drive. However, I am moving on to a boat project which is the only reason I am selling. Please feel free to message me with any questions. A $500 deposit is required within 48 hours and is non-refundable so please bid according to what you would be interested in and be sure before deciding on the vehicle. I welcome inspections, however make sure to complete this prior to the end of the auction. Car is listed locally so I reserve the right to end listing early. If you would like to message me any other questions, I will be happy to answer them. I also have documentation about the pre-purchase inspection I had done in 2013. Thank You for your interest.
