2003 Mitsubishi Lancer OZ Rally edition It appears to us that not too long after the car was purchased new in San Francisco, it was parked. 13 years went buy and this one owner vehicle was then donated to Wheels for wishes, A company located in Minnetonka MN. When we picked the vehicle up a couple months ago from a auction in New Jersey, the tires were dry rotted, the windshield was smashed, the gas in the tank was so old we had to replace the tank all together. After the new tank was installed from a donor car, the car fired right up Everything worked! including the air conditioner.. Amazing! After that, we went through the entire car. The tires were replaced. Front pads and rotors installed. All hoses, brake lines, and shoes were gone over completely. After driving the car for several miles we discovered the upstream O2 sensor heater element was bad, it was replaced. These were the only problems we found.
