Bed liner, 6 cylinder, tool box, 196,000 miles, 3 newer tires, and 4 speed with overdrive, gets good gas mileage. I drove this truck to the farm in Alabama and shut it off near the barn. When I got back in to crank it up, it appears to have thrown the timing chain. I am not a mechanic, but I am pretty sure the timing chain is off because it made that sound. It did not jump time while I was driving over there, it was about 30 minutes after I shut it off that I tried to start it. No guarantee that is the problem.
