1968 TRIUMPH T120R BONNEVILLE MOSTLY COMPLETE RESTORATION PROJECT NO RESERVE - YOU BID, YOU WIN! On offer is a mostly complete ’68 Triumph Bonneville resto/refurb project as described in detail below. All major components and significant parts are included, as well as most of the fastener hardware. CHASSIS & SUSPENSION - "Dry" frame with swingarm and many chassis & cycle parts powdercoated gloss black. Many new parts for forks including new stanchion tubes, seals & bushings. New shocks with good condition used shrouds. WHEELS, BRAKES & TIRES – Complete front and rear wheel assemblies; need new tires & tubes. Rims are a bit rusty but sound. ENGINE – All major engine components present, just missing some fastener hardware and a few detail small parts. Photos do not show much small hardware and tiny parts. Set of '67 replacement cases, numbers match. INTAKE & EXHAUST – Amal concentric carbs need kits. Standard new exhaust system complete with crossover; used good condition mufflers. IGNITION – NO IGNITION, I recommend a modern electronic unit such as Pazon. HAND & FOOT CONTROLS – Original footpegs and brake pedal, powdercoated. OEM style hand levers and dual pull throttle in fair condition. No hand grips. ELECTRICAL & LIGHTING - OEM headlight & tail light, used wiring harness, modern solid state regulator/rectifier in finned egg body, horn relay & dual horns (modern Clear Hooters). METERS – Smiths meters freshly overhauled. CABLES – NO CABLES. BODYWORK – NEW reproduction 2.5 gallon gas tank has one small ding easily fixed; OEM dualseat, oil tank, headlight ears, fenders and sidecover all in good or very good condition. DOCUMENTATION - This bike is sold with notarized Bill of Sale ONLY. I can provide legal registration and plate for an additional fee at BUYER.'S expense (process takes 2-3 weeks after auction ends).
