Selling my beautiful customized 1972 Chevy 4wd Custom Deluxe. Im a professional mechanic specializing in customs and classics and this is my personal project/truck. I bought the truck from the nephew of the original owner. It has been very well maintained and has many thousands of $$ in parts alone so I'll try and hit just the highlights. GM Goodwrench crate 350 engine with less than 30k miles on it New carb at the same time as the new motor New valve covers and gaskets New air cleaner and filter Power steering Power brakes with front discs Newly rebuilt th350 automatic transmission Front and rear axles rebuilt New custom aluminum wheels New tires with steely spare Newly reupholstered bench seat New premium wood steering wheel New carpet kit New sill plates Dual exhaust Uncut dash with factory radio (was going to replace it with a Retro Sound unit that is a direct fit Bluetooth model) Custom aged "crackle" finish on dash to give it a unique Vintage look and lots more... The truck runs and drives very well with plenty of power. The paint was done this year and is a nice driver quality finish that gets a lot of attention. Underneath the truck the frame and body were cleaned and coated in new Anti-corrosion systems. The floors and rockers prior to repainting were in very good shape needing only 2 small repairs that were professionally done. The cab corners needed nothing and look great. Finding a 67-72 this solid and with a power train this new is very rare. As to cons as you can see in the photos there is a ding in the grill and a few very small ones on the body. While the truck has been thoroughly gone through during my build it is still a used 45 year old vehicle and Im sure it has some flaws that aren't issues to me so please feel free to call me, Dave at 775-338-3300 for more details, pics or come by and see the truck yourself. I got a quote to ship the truck to Florida for a little over $1,200 which is as far from me as you can get so if you get a quote for much higher I'd shop around.
