Vehicle Detail

NO RESERVE. 1991 MERCEDES 560 SEC - 64k ORIGINAL MILES - LAST YEAR OF PRODUCTION I'm selling my 1991 Mercedes 560 SEC coupe. The car is in fantastic condition. These cars have gotten difficult to find in this condition with miles this low. This is the final year Mercedes produced the 560 SEC. The car runs, drives and looks as new. Here are some details about it:64k original milesGray with gray leather interior (in my opinion the best color combination you could get)5.6 L V8, runs greatThe car does not leak anything or smoke4 speed automatic transmission, which shifts crisply Drives completely straight and stops wellAlways garaged and previously owned by an elderly physicianExterior is free of any major dings, dents or scratchesThe factory wheels look like new, NO curb rashNew Michelin tires all the way aroundInterior is in as new condition, slight wear on driver's side seat bolsterThe wood trim is in great shape, not faded and cracked like most for sale. The car had an extensive service completed a few thousand miles ago by Aristocrat Mercedes in Kansas City at a cost of over $3k (I have receipts)NO check engine lightsComes with factory tool kit and spare (unused)Comes with factory window sticker - Original MSRP was over $86kPlease note, this car does have accident history. I was told that the original owner had the car shipped back to Germany for repairs. The cost was so substantial to have the repairs done in Germany that the insurance company declared the car a total loss. All of the VIN tags are on every part of the body except for the hood and driver's front fender. The car still has its original windshield, evidenced by the Daimler-Benz signature in the corner. How bad could the hit have been if it didn't even crack the windshield? Other issues are the headliner is sagging a bit in the back (common issue on 560 SECs) and the radio does not work. The car has no rust, even in common areas around the sunroof and on the inner trunk (see pics).Clean 560 SECs have been heading up in value. Current NADA book value is $22,300. Car is sold as-is with no warranty expressed or implied. Buyer is responsible for shipping. Please contact me at (785) 342-1459 if you have any questions. Thank you
