This exceptional and rare two door coupe example is one of only 985 Jaguar XK8 4.2L V8 produced for the 2003 model year. The car is in original, desirable and CLASSIC British Racing Green paint with a striking and matching 'Tan' leather trim interior and factory alloy wheels. Always primarily serviced at Jaguar dealerships or independent specialists since new and loaded with factory options including a CD changer heated seats and power everything... and with only 24K original miles. This particular original owner car has always been garaged since new and shows and drives very well. Recent work done to rear end bearing correction. Quiet and smooth and A real head-turner! All the options and gauges are working with the exception of the CD Changer and radio antenna! Two small flaws on car- slight paint blemish on hood just above the Jaguar 4.2 liter round Insignia on front- can be fixed- have already buffed most of it out. There is a small ding on the lower back driver's quarter panel that looks like something hit up against the car- but NO paint crack or scratch- just a small indentation... photos of both of these issues shown. The engine is extremely strong and smooth running with excellent oil pressure and which does not burn or leak oil, a testament to its very well maintained service history. The temperature always remains cool and the car drives exactly like a fine Jaguar sports car should - no shakes or rattles - very smooth and powerful! The engine is in fact so clean you could literally eat off the engine compartment--- and so quiet and smooth you would think the car was brand new. About 80-85% left on all tires. Alloy Wheels look BRAND NEW- not a scuff on any of them You will certainly look long and hard to find a finer example of this well maintained and very rare and increasingly desirable Jaguar XK8 4.2L V8 coupe, and it is noteworthy than less than half of the XK8 production line was devoted to the hardtop coupe bodystyle, and with only 24K original miles on this particular example, available anywhere else! This car was unfortunately caught in a low water flood but DO NOT turn away because of that--- the only existence of ANY EVIDENCE of such on the ENTIRE CAR is slight rust on the mufflers and exhaust system and the paperwork showing the car was in it. THERE IS NO sign of such inside the car- in the engine compartment- trunk or anywhere on the outside of the car. Check out ALL the photos- I will gladly send you more! The Car Fax report reflects this- and the title is noted accordingly but is registerable with a bill of sale. Any DMV would take one look at this car and find no issue. This is a clean, crisp and mechanically sound vehicle. Bid with confidence- you will not find a nicer, cleaner Jaguar XK8 coupe with this mileage anywhere! When I found this car I couldn't believe it ever had any such issues and still cannot find anything of any great notice on the car that shows any signs of such!
