Normal 0 false false false EN-US JA X-NONE Amazing Survivor 1978 F-250 Super Cab 4x4 Ranger 4x4 Camper Special Options Beautiful Original Paint & Interior Loaded 400 AT PS PB AC One Family Owned! Please, bid only if you can afford to pay within 3 days of auction’s end. No zero or low-feedback buyers without contacting me first. You may call me directly at 360-936-9257 with any questions. Up for auction is a rare, loaded, beautiful, and original unrestored survivor1978 Ford F-250 Ranger Super Cab Camper Special 4x4 high-line pickup. Still wearing it’s original and gorgeous Dark Brown Metallic and Dark Nectarine Metallic two-tone paint, they are only original once... this isa unique and beautiful combination in my opinion. Loaded to the gills including the powerful 400 V8 engine option, C6 heavy-duty automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes, cruise control, Ford dealer-installed air conditioning, tilt column, cruise control, dual tanks, Camper Special heavy-duty tow/haul package, XLT “Race Track” trim package, original steel wheels & hubcaps, almost new BF Goodrich All Terrain Radial T/A tires, new Rancho 5000 shocks all around, new Trail Master 2” front leveling springs, Rancho steering stabilizer, and more. The truck is simply gorgeous. She just received a full professional detail inside and out, and is in wonderful condition, as you can see. The original factory paint is still very shiny, and complete. I specifically took a few pictures to show myself in the reflection so you can see how nice it still looks. The original interior upholstery is in great condition, with only one small repairable ~3” split in the driver’s side lower cushion. The dash pad is uncracked, and the headliner is even still up in place. You just don’t find them this original and nice anymore. New windshield, windshield rubber, rear glass, rear glass rubber, and side window seals. Side glass rolls up and down smootly. Original camper mirrors, no extra holes from different mirrors... just a great truck in all respects. A very sound daily-driver with new brakes, a fresh tune up, and new fluids. Super easy to drive, steer, and stop, with full power steering and power brakes. This was a local one-family truck since new, and has been well cared for. The truck is in wonderful condition all around, almost zero rust...very minor pimples here and there but no perforations I can see. The only broken paint I find is in the door jambs where the original seam sealer has failed; no holes. The original floor mat is the only weak feature of the truck in my opinion... the original owner ordered a rubber floor mat instead of carpet, as they lived on a farm and didn’t want to ruin carpet with dirty boots. Grandpa also used this truck to haul around a light camper shell, and as a result the bed is still in great condition with no rust issues either. The Ford dealer-installed Air Conditioning system has the controls and vents in the dash, but will need the underhood parts to function again... the previous owner removed it for better fuel economy... it was the 70’s! As an aside, I can add a turnkey complete Vintage Air AC system for $3k additional prior to shipping if you so choose. Please be aware this could add two to three weeks to the delivery time. This is fantastic classic Ford that looks as good and will turn more heads than a new $60k Ford at a fraction of the cost. Clear title in hand, matches VIN exactly for inspection, export, etc. You may call me directly at 360-936-9257 with any questions you may have. While every effort has been made to describe the vehicle as accurately as possible, it is in fact a 39-year-old classic car, and therefore being sold as-is, without warranty or guarantee expressed, written, or implied. Please be ready to make payment in full within 3 days of auction’s end via deposit into my Bank of America account, or bank wire transfer. Shipping is the full responsibility of the buyer; I own a classic car restoration shop and can recommend a reliable and affordable broker who I have used many times... ultimately the choice must be yours alone. Again, feel free to call me directly at 360-936-9257 with any questions you may have.
