Purchased new by a relative to tow a small fifth wheel camper. It was driven about 3000 miles each summer for 30 years to a campground. Never driven in winters. It is truly rust free. It had sat for a while when I got it. The fuel system was reconditioned to include new fuel pump, tank cleaning, rebuilt Holley 4-barrel carb as well as new plugs, wires and rotor. Fresh oil change. It starts easily, runs smoothly and drives as it should. All tires are very good plus. I added the used camper cap when I got it. The paint is a bit weathered but very good. A fellow camper backed into the left front fender long ago. It was repaired. Not a bad job, but you can see it. All glass is good. The seat upholstery is worn but not tattered. It is remarkably supportive. You don't sit in a "Hole" like some older trucks. Door and dash upholstery is defect free. Being an "XL" it has a color keyed rubber floor mat with a few flaws. No carpeting. The A/C blows cold. Everything else works properly. The bed is clean and not damaged. Tailgate works properly. You could do a lot worse and spend a lot more. Lots of life left.
