This is for a 99 VW Beetle 2.0L GL with automatic transmission. The car's engine runs fine but the transmission needs replaced, it has no reverse gear and slips gears going forward. I have driven the car for the last 3 plus years and the engine has never given me a problem though it is probably due for a timing belt. The AC has a leak and will not work until the leak is fixed.
