2002 Mazda Miata SE BEGi Turbo For sale is my beautiful titanium grey/saddle brown leather 2002 Mazda Miata SE. I have personally installed a substantial amount of upgrades. Factory options include: - 6 speed short throw manual transmission. - ABS brakes. - Glass back window with defroster. - Nardi Torino two-tone steering wheel. My personal upgrades include: - BEGi Garrett turbo system. This is a top of the line system that has been nothing but bulletproof. I added some extra parts to the S1 kit like steel braided coolant/oil lines, intercooler, cool air box, radiator cover, ceramic coated turbine and exhaust manifold, steering cooler, etc. - AEM F/IC fuel management system (tuned for 10 psi boost). - Forge Motorsports billet aluminum blow-off valve. - Innovate Motorsports boost/vacuum gauge. - Innovate Motorsports air/fuel ratio gauge. - A-pillar gauge mount. - K&N high flow air filter. - Borla exhaust muffler. - Cross drilled / slotted rotors with ceramic pads. - Kenwood DVD head unit with SiriusXM satellite radio. - Philips HID kit (4300K for OEM look). - Nardi Torino wood stick shift and parking brake handle. - Fresh Optima red top sealed battery. - Tonneau cover. - Recent maintenance service (oil, oil filter, transmission fluid, coolant, and differential fluid). Disclaimer: I'm the third owner of the this car. The previous owner bought it from a insurance company with a salvage title. The car was drivable with no frame or engine damage and no airbags deployed. He professionally repaired the damage (all with OEM parts) and sold it to me. I did all the turbo upgrade work myself two years after buying the car. I have owned the car for over 6 years and drove it about 40k problem free miles. The turbo upgrade was done about 30k miles ago. The car drives super smooth with no issues whatsoever. This turbo kit is top notch and super reliable. Visit the BEGi website for details. Kits like this have been known for running for > 200k miles with no issues. The turbo really brings the car alive when pushed. During normal highway driving, I average about 30 mpg. I've never raced this car and have pampered it during my ownership. It has slept garaged all of its life. There is no rust anywhere. However, there are the occasional paint chips from rocks and hairline clear top scratches. There is some curve rash on the wheels but they are straight and solid. The leather on the drivers seat shows a bit of surface cracking but no rips. See the pictures. Overall, it is in great condition. I calculate that I've spent over $5000 in parts alone. The tires are about 50%. The brake pads have a lot of life left. The heating and A/C work great. The top is in good condition. The car has never been smoked in and is free of smells.
