Vehicle Detail

The two bikes have not been running since they were last registered. I stripped down one of them removing the fairing, foot rests and saddle bags and then bought all of the parts that I would need to restore it/them to their original condition. Every thing is there for these bikes, the buyer should be able to clean them up put some time into getting them running and either display them or sell them - I just don't have the time or ambition any longer. Restored these bikes are rising in value which is why I held onto them. Let me know if you have any questions. On May-05-17 at 06:50:58 PDT, seller added the following information: After many inquiries about the two bikes I learned that these two bikes were manfactured in 1970, so they're not 1973's. I've also been asked about the condition of parts and components of the bikes and would like to reiterate that at 47 years old the bikes are in remarkable condition for their age. I wouldn't consider them "barn finds". They're dusty and the paint is a bit faded and there are parts that need to be replaced or worked on. Most of the parts that need to be replaced have been purchased and are included in this sale. I'm sure that the fuel systems will need to be throroughly cleaned, gas was left in them when they were last parked. The stock bike was once fitted with saddle bags, a windshield, a back rest and luggage rack as well as foot rests. I'm not sure whether these came from Honda but they're included in this sale as well. Both bikes were running before they were garaged - last registered. That has been about 10 years now. I'M ANSWERING LOTS OF QUESTIONS AND DON'T MIND DOING IT FOR SERIOUS INQUIRIES, SO PLEASE ASK AWAY!! Also, the bikes were never intended to be sold by their previous owners. they were avid riders and rode them every season, to work and for pleasure. The owners, my brother inlaw and my father, became ill and passed away suddenly of cancer. By coincidence they owned these two identical bikes, (in year and age), no one else in the family rode a motorcycle or wanted them at the time so I inherited them. The extended fork bike was my Dad's and it had/has some sentimental value - but I've hung on to that for long enough.
