2005 HONDA VTX 1800 FC Silver with grey graphics. Recently, while cleaning the bike, I discovered a small dent (indentation might be a more appropriate word) on the right hand side of the tank. Although, I've cleaned and polished the tank numerous times before, I'd never noticed it and have no idea when or how it got there. The dent did not damage the paint; it is shallow and elongated. It runs just below and parallel to one of the graphic stripes, and I think this it what camouflaged it from me seeing it previously. If you look very closely, on the right hand side overall bike photos, towards the end of the photo sequence, you'll see a faint shadow-line below the graphic toward the front and about 1/2 way down. That's it. I've added a detailed photo at the very end of the sequence and have circled the subject area. Thanks for looking!
