Up for auction I have a 1973 Suzuki GT550. There is NO TITLE. The bike has 13,312 miles on it. It is complete, but in need of some work. These bikes are becoming very hard to find, especially complete. The bike overall is in good condition. All the chrome is very nice with only minor rust spots here and there. The wheels are very nice. Both fenders are in great shape, rear taillight mount has a ding in it. The exhaust is very nice, minimal rust but has some staining. All of the lights are intact, the taillight lense is broken. The left side panel is cracked, right side panel is in good condition, needs painted. Overall the tank is in nice shape inside and out, some minor dings, needs painted. All of the handlebar switches are intact and not broken. The gauges are very faded. The seat pan and foam are good, seat cover has a couple of tears in it. The bike is not currently running. The engine does turn over and has good compression. The throttle cables are free and move. The choke lever is intact and moves free. The clutch pull feels good. It seems to shift through all the gears. Most likely with a complete tune up the bike would run. It is missing the chain. The rear brake works normal, but the front caliper is seized. Overall this is a great start to an easy restoration for your collection or just fix it up and ride it how it is.
