Up for sale my 1974 Corvette Convertible which I have owned since 2003. The engine is rebuilt and about 3 years old with less than 5000 miles. It is strong as well as the transmission. The paint is a beautiful pearl white. Interior is very clean without any cracking on the dash, door panels etc. Carpet is not faded or worn. All of the gauges work. Tires are close to new. I recently had the brakes, calipers, rotors, tie rods, intake manifold gasket, valve cover gasket, idler arm, belt etc replaced. (within the last six months) The car is clean and is a real looker. On the negative side, the carburetor needs to be rebuilt or replaced. The car runs and drives ok but, is running rich. The Passenger side door does not open. The mechanism in the door which unlocks it is broken. The door panel needs to come off and the lock fixed. The conv. top needs replacing but, I have a brand new (black top) from Ecklers which I will include with the car. It just needs to be put on. The lower portion of the drivers side door has some rust and the fiber glass has a hole in it. Although the paint on the car is a gorgeous pearl white the hood has some of the clear coat peeling off. The headlights have some paint peeling however, they work as they should and go up and down. The car needs an antenna, and the seats are just starting to show a few lines in the leather. Everywhere I go people comment on how pretty the car is and its truly a looker. With just a little bit of work the car can be top of the line.
