You may call me directly at 360-936-9257 with any questions. Priced firm to sell at $4,550.00, clear title in hand. I can help coordinate affordable shipping. Up for sale is a 1976 Ford F-250 Custom 4x4 factory High Boy pickup truck. This truck still gets used regularly as a boat puller, wood hauler, dump runner, and weekend driver. It is in sound mechanical condition, as well as being pretty darned straight and having very little outer body presentation of rust. The engine is the original 360 V8; runs great, good oil pressure, no bottom end or valve train noise, smooth acceleration. 147k total original miles, good brakes, clutch, and transmission. The four-wheel drive system operates as it should. It has a heavy-duty tow package including receiver hitch and wiring receptacle. There is rust in the bed at the bulkhead, small spots on each side at the rear lower rocker, and some in the driver’s floor; that’s all I can find, and all is pictured. The tailgate is not original to the truck but is of the correct era, and is in green etch primer. The big winch is actually in working order, but needs new cables to operate from inside the cab. The passenger-side front grill is broken; I am including an unbroken original with the truck for replacement. I have tried to take pictures that show the panels and the dings, dents, etc. The truck looks great from 15' or so (distance of pictures), but up close the paint is worn, dings show, etc. It looks so nice in some of the pictures I want to be clear that the paint, while still having some decent shine, is definitely old and worn. I think it looks cool and tough on the truck; it certainly suits it. The interior is in original and usable condition. Worn seat upholstery, door panels, dash, etc. all there and usable. Additional aftermarket gauge cluster to monitor the vitals, as well as a CB radio, switches for driving lamps, etc. Not a perfect truck by any stretch, but a solid driver to restore or enjoy as is. These old High Boys are getting harder to find, and becoming expensive. I’ve priced this one to move quickly. While every effort has been made to describe the vehicle as accurately as possible, it is in fact a 41-year-old classic car, and therefore being sold as-is, without warranty or guarantee expressed, written, or implied. Feel free to call me directly at 360-936-9257 with any questions you may have. Clear title in hand, matches VIN exactly for export, import, inspection, etc. Please be ready to make payment in full within 3 days of auction’s end via deposit into my Bank of America account, or bank wire transfer. Shipping is the full responsibility of the buyer; I own a classic car restoration shop and can recommend a reliable and affordable broker who I have used many times... ultimately the choice must be yours alone.
