Hello and welcome to our NO RESERVE auction. The highest bidder will win this 1987 Cadillac Allante. Here is what I know about the car. A customer of ours parked the car a few years ago thinking it had a transmission shift solenoid issue. They never bothered to get it looked at. The wife finally decided she did not want the yard art any more. So here it is for sale. The paint is rough, will definitely need a repaint to be nice. The body is in very good condition save for the couple spots noted in the pictures. The hardtop is in good shape, with the headliner intact. The engine is very strong, does not leak or smoke. The transmission has a problem but as I stated earlier, it was never checked out after being parked. Tires will need replaced. The interior is in pretty good shape, as the owner kept the seats shielded from the Florida sun. There is a tear in the drivers side bolster, as noted in the pics. The dash and all power features seem to be in good order. This car is not being sold as a running and driving car. It sat for years, so the gas is fouled and will need flushed before you try to run the car. All in all, a classic Caddy that needs some TLC to bring her back to her former glory. Just that alone would be equivalent to about $750 in scrap value, plus the remaining steel frame and suspension. These cars sold for well over $60,000 new!!!!
