No zero or low-feedback buyers without contacting me first. You may call me directly at 360-936-9257 with any questions. Up for sale is a truly amazing 1977 Ford F-250 XLT Ranger 4x4 pickup truck. This truck is still one of the best-looking trucks on the road after all these years. It is in exceptionally well-maintained mechanical condition, as well as being very straight with no presentation of rust... a rarity in a classic Ford. She still wears the factory original Raven Black paint so you can see exactly what’s going on. Details as follows: 1977 Ford F-250 Ranger XLT 4x4, factory original Raven Black paint; a beautiful and hard-to-find color. This truck is loaded with the great-looking XLT Ranger trim package, including the “race track” side trim and fancy tailgate trim. An easy driver with power steering and power brakes. A beautiful rust-free classic survivor truck; they are only original once. The majority of the paint remains in very good shiny condition, as you can see; not perfect, but perfectly presentable, with minor touch-ups. The truck is as straight as you might find anywhere, with only minor “knuckle” dings and one dent below the PS lower tail lamp. The area above the side trim on the driver's door has been touched up, and has some minor cracking in the paint (pictured). The tailgate is a replacement from another 1977 Ranger XLT, and has been repainted black to match the truck. It also has some paint cracking on the inside near the top, but is overall nice-looking. I'm nit-picking the truck; it looks great as you can clearly see. The body panels are very straight (as you can see in the pictures), and it has good unbroken glass throughout (rear slider window needs seals or one-piece replacement). The original chrome front bumper is in excellent condition, and it has a nice chrome rear step bumper, trailer tow package, etc. The XLT Ranger stainless side molding trim, stainless tailgate panel, etc. are very nice, as are the grill surround, grills and headlamp bezels. The bed is solid as well with no rust issues. The tailgate opens and closes smoothly. This is a very good-looking truck that turns heads wherever it goes. The engine is the powerful 460 4-barrel V8 with only 80k original miles. The engine starts easily, runs smoothly with good oil pressure and no bottom end or valve train noise... a very sound and well-maintained engine. Excellent exhaust system with factory exhaust manifolds and Flowmaster dual mufflers; sounds smooth and powerful. Recent services include a fresh tune-up, fluids, and filters. It has dual parallel batteries, and a 110v power inverter under the hood. The truck is turnkey and ready to roll. It wears almost brand-new aluminum modular-style wheels with very expensive 99% BF Goodrich 35" x 12.5" Radial Mud Terrain mud and snow tires; the perfect size for this truck. It drives extremely well, and tracks straight down the road. She steers easily with true power steering (not “power assist” as in earlier years), and brakes well and straight. In summary, the truck is a real pleasure to drive. The interior features new carpet and new seat upholstery, a new headliner, and excellent original door panels and dash pad. The balance of the interior is otherwise in overall very nice original condition, with a nice dash bezel, gauges in working order, working, turn signals, wipers, heater, etc. The factory radio has been replaced with a very nice new Kenwood unit include MP3 port and remote control. This is fantastic original classic Ford you can climb in and enjoy exactly as-is. They are only original once! Clear title in hand, matches VIN exactly for inspection, export, etc. You may call me directly at 360-936-9257 with any questions you may have. While every effort has been made to describe the vehicle as accurately as possible, it is in fact a 39-year-old classic truck, a survivor, not perfect, and therefore being sold as-is, without warranty or guarantee expressed, written, or implied. Please be ready to make payment in full within 3 days of auction’s end via deposit into my Bank of America account, or bank wire transfer. Shipping is the full responsibility of the buyer; I own a classic car restoration shop and can recommend a reliable and affordable broker who I have used many times... ultimately the choice must be yours alone. Again, feel free to call me directly at 360-936-9257 with any questions you may have.
