1971 Rickman with a nice running Honda SL 125 engine. Looks to be a original install. Starts right up, was sitting for a long long time. Carb dipped and cleaned, tank was rinsed out but will need to be cleaned as there is some loose paint or such. Steering head bearings are a little stiff from sitting and need to be cleaned or lubed. Tank had a small hole in side and was repaired. Has California title and has not been registered for a long time (1998). Was street licensed with a historic plate which has been LOST. Questions? 805 two9one-two55two It is Titled as a 1971 Rickman and there is a license plate number although the plate is lost. It was last titled in 1998 and is signed and dated then. I spoke to a interested party just now who ran the frame number and he said there was $750 in fee's due IF registared in Calif. Other states my not have those fee's. Please check in your area if applicable. I know Arizona would not care. Thanks
