Vehicle Detail

I am selling my 1995 Ford Econoline E-350 Van. This van has been built up into a tiny living space, fully insulated floors, walls and roof, with a lofted, full size bed with a 5in memory foam mattress, carpeted rear space, hardwood laminate in the galley. The fiberglass topper brings the interior height to about 6'1. I bought this in the spring and intended to build it up with electricity and a hand pump faucet, but I moved into the van before I could finish those two projects. I have all the parts to make it happen and will include with the purchase. (2 deep-cycle marine batteries, power inverter, led lights, etc.)Lots of extra storage space, above the cab, behind the bench seats, under the counter top. The counter top is an unfinished, solid cedar slab I got from a carpenter friend, I have a Bar-top waterproof sealant that I can include. There are 2 vents, one ceiling and one on the side, with an exhaust fan. This van is a beast, as in it just wont quit. I lived in it for 8 months this year and taken it on several road trips. I have had to fix some of the typical issues you see with cars over 150k, new front ti-rods and ball joints, new radiator, new rear tires and rear brakes, some new hoses here and there, basically I have had to live in it so I have kept up with any maintenance issues that have come up along the way. I know of two current things that will need work soon, the front disc brakes need replaced and the fan belt bearing needs replaced. Depending on how long this is posted for, I may be able to fix those before it sells. This is an awesome "get-a-way" type van as is, or if somebody wants to finish the projects I couldn't, it can happily satisfy your "Home is Where you Park It" itch.
