Relisting the jeep..please have funds ready for payment if you win this classic cj7!!Selling 1983 jeep cj7 base model..I bought this jeep from the 2nd owner last month who owned it since February of 1992.. This cj7 has never been modified in anyway.. it's all original except for the winch he added on and a interior dome lamp which is mounted above the speedo..I all ready have a cj7 but it's a road princess..I bought this to enjoy going up to the Rocky Mountains and having some fun... the wife said 1 jeep is enough and I'm not gonna fight with her anymore about it.. gonna sell it so someone else can enjoy it. The person I bought it from said he had a new engine and clutch install about 7 years ago but could not find the paperwork.. plus he install a new carburetor 2 Years ago... this jeep runs terrific and is very tight going down the road at 70.. I live in Denver Colorado and the high elevation it has no problems running or idling.. I believe every word he told me about the maintenance of this jeep..I have the receipt for the tires he install in July 1999.. only 17k miles on them and still look brand new...the prior owner only put 29,000 miles on this jeep in nearly 25 years.. he simply did not drive it. All the seats are original with the drivers seat having a seat cover over it. Has a slight tear in it getting in and out of it over the years..the jeep has surface rust on the windshield frame and the left lower rocker frame which most cj7 do.. see pictures.. I change all fluids in ft & rear diff plus the transfer case... install new fender flares and new front side maker lamps..just change the oil and did a coolant flush..the jeep has the 4.2 engine and the T5 transmission... rear end is the amc 20 and the transfer case is a Dana 300.. all lights work inside and outside.. this cj7 still has the original center console and white wagon wheels.. the winch he install was 3 years ago and has never been use...i also install new shift knobs and I under coated underneath the jeep..I was not hiding nothing..just like it clean and black.. I was fixing this jeep up for me and I how I wanted it..soft top is in decent shape and the jeep could use a new muffler soon.. the front floor mat is the original floor mat that are so hard to find.. please call Shaun at(720) 339-5506 for anymore questions or more pictures.. this will make someone who loves original cj7 jeeps a great edition! I have the original step bars with the jeep but I have taken them off.. the jeep has a small dent on the right rear lower corner.. see picture..i put a new battery in it last week..i live denver if you wanna come look at it...if you wanna fly in i can pick you up...you can drive this jeep home..nothing is wrong with it and it purrs like a kitten...still has the build sticker on the inside the left lower rocker...
