1971 Honda CB

Up for auction I have a 1971 CB750. It has 17,484 miles on it. There is NO TITLE. The bike is overall in really nice condition. These older CBs are getting very hard to find, especially complete. The bike is not currently running, a few weeks ago I got the bike out and was riding it down the road and the one throttle cable tore. So it will need a new cable to ride. The bike always starts right up and runs great. The bike sounds great, excellent exhaust tone and no abnormal engine noises. It shifts perfect and smooth. The clutch has a great feel and is nice and easy. Every now and then the floats stick on 2 of the carbs, so they could use a quick cleaning. Front and rear brakes work great. All the chrome is in really nice condition, both wheels have minor rust spots. The original exhaust is really nice, right top pipe has a small hole (see picture). All the lights are in working condition. Could use a turn signal flasher. The seat looks excellent, it has been recovered, but looks like new. It is missing the latch part on the seat. It is missing both the side panels, tank has been repainted and has some dings. Inside of tank looks good. Tires are in good shape. Both gauges work properly but are discolored. This would be a great bike to fix the few minor issues and take out riding, or a great candidate for a complete restoration for your collection. These bikes are becoming very rare, especially the early CBs. I am willing to ship the bike anywhere in the world. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees and Arrangments.
