Buyer is required to contact me within 24 hours of the close of Bid with instructions on how transaction will be completed Deposit of $500 is due within 24 hours of the close of bid via Paypal. Balance is due in full in the form of a cashiers check or cash in person within 3 days of the close of bid (unless other arrangements have been made). Car was only driven on the weekends around town. IT has only been parked in the garage since its purchase in the 1980s!!! So it has been protected from being exposed to the elements. ONLY Repaired and maintained by the Corvair Doctor located in Hawthorne, CA Doc took great care of this car and all the other Corvairs that came through his shop. Comes with Original Corvair Owners Manual and Folding Top (Power Operated) Operation & Care Manual This car was the pride and joy of my cousin (RIP), who was the 2nd owner of this 1966 classic. Our family would really love for this car to go to a home that will appreciate it as much as he did. Car is being Sold As Is.... Clear Title/Pink Slip - Car has been PNO and stored for 6 years - Only started up to keep engine cranked up No tickets and will need to be smogged & registered for 2016-2017 -Frame is solid, Straight and has no rust. -Exterior Paint is in good shape- minor visible chipped paint, no visible dents or dings -Engine starts up and runs well -Transmission shifts smoothly -Brakes, suspension in great shape -Electrical is in tact and functional -Interior and carpet is very clean and well taken care . NOTE - I would recommend a tune up as one of the carburetors needs maintenance, a new set of tires, and a fresh paint job. This Car is being Sold AS IS.
