Very original and unmolested matching numbers west coast 1965 356C. This car is one of the very last built in 1964 (November). It was parked 30 years ago, but was said to have run prior. Motor is installed and turns freely. Ports have been blocked off for preservation. Original irish green with black interior. I suspect some of the paint is original, but cannot verify. This is the perfect car for a 100 point resto or throw floor pans in and drive as-is with some great patina. All panels appear to be original. Jack points and longitudinals appear solid. Typical rust in floor, battery box, and some bubbling in lower doors. Doesnt appear to have every been in any accidents and all gaps look pretty good. Glass is good. No hacked dash, original Blaupunkt radio. Interior is all there. Wheels date matched (11/64). Hard to find good original projects like this. All the hard to find original pieces are present. The only missing parts seem to be rear view mirror, dash pad, and horn button. No reserve 5-day auction. Also for sale locally.
