Hello All, here is the story.... this Jeep spent its entire life as a parts runner / plow truck at a Mobil Gas Station in East Hartford CT. 10 Years ago it was parked and that was that.... My father is friends with the owner and bought the Jeep to restore for himself... Well its not going to happen. We had the engine running 6 months ago and it sounded good.... 65,000 original miles. The bad.... Clutch is stuck in the disengaged position.... pedal is to the floor and rusted there. Brakes---NONE.... and pedal is stuck / rusted solid at the top. Rust----Plenty.... look at pics.... everything is rusty, everywhere... holes in floors etc... The good---it has the Dauntless V6 in it and its complete and in-molested. Pull it out and swap out the wheezer Inline 4 out of your CJ5 / CJ6. This is the motor that was sold to GM to create the infamous Buick 231 V6 (3.8 L, 3800 series) It has this cool aftermarket cab that's complete and in good shape. So... once again THIS JEEP NEEDS A COMPLETE 110% FRONT TO BACK, TOP TO BOTTOM RESTORATION... or pull the drivetrain and upgrade so 4 cylinder powered Jeep. Jeep is located in Andover CT and needs to be picked up there... it rolls very easily and can be loaded on a car trailer really easy, IF YOU WANT IT SHIPPED YOU FIGURE IT OUT.
