Vehicle Detail

Crown Vic front suspension, 8.8 rear end, disc brakes all round, axle flip and C-notch, F-600 gauges, bucket seats, and a big block 460 v8. The perfect starting place for any project, and a short wheel base truck with a clear title to boot. The truck will be available for you to look at in person on most afternoons, but if Gulfport MS is too much of a drive for you, or you simply don't have the time to come look at it in person, there is a very complete pro/con list below PRO's Crown victoria front end install complete, it gives you rack and pinion steering, large front brakes, a sway bar, and struts, which can easily be converted to proper coilovers, but are very effective in stock form Ford 8.8 rear end installed in rear with perches installed on bottom of axle, install is almost complete, just needs the shock tabs welded on C-notch is done in rear, made from large OD steel pipe and then boxed in 460 installed and bolted in, engine perches from john ritchey truck suspension C6 transmission bolted to 460, don't know anything about it but it appears to be in good condition Bucket seats installed and bolted up, they have seat covers on them not actual upholstery as you can see in the pictures F600 gauge cluster. This is a common upgrade for these trucks, it gives you more gauges than the stock f100 gauge cluster, and it simply looks better. It is also fairly easy to install modern gauges into this gauge cluster. Glass has no cracks in it at all Truck only has minor body issues, the hood is off a 68' truck and only has some minor rust on the lip. Bed is off a 72' and appears to only have some rust on the passenger side rear fender, but the bed floor is made of 1/4 plate, so I cant say with complete certainty it doesnt have other issues. The truck has a few minor dents, nothing thats not easily fixable. Other than the above mentioned problems the truck has no other rust issues, doors are solid, cab is solid, inner and outer front fenders are solid, aside from the front lip the hood is solid New rubber body mounts all round Clean painted frame, under coated cab. Clean MS title Comes with a small pile of parts, front brake calipers, new drivers side mirror, and a bolt in doghouse for a manual transmission if you want to convert to a stick. CON's Nothing completely bolted in except for the front and rear suspension, engine, steering and seats. Engine doesnt run, as far as I know it just needs a flexplate, starter, dizzy and a carb No body parts are aligned, doors fenders ect. The truck body is just together for mockup Paint looks okay in pictures, but it is not. It is just some rusteoleum I sprayed to keep it one color while I was mocking it up. So there are tons of runs and drips. You could say its a 20 footer. Bed and hood not original to truck, hood from a 68 with very minor issues. I will include the non- reflector f100 badges if you want them. Bed from a 72, bed rails are not 100% straight, you will likely need to hammer and dolly them back into straight. Has some rust on the passenger side and the passenger side step isnt fully attached Seats will need to be upholstered, but the current seat *covers* are looking fine, aside from not matching the interior at all No wiring is attached Brake lines are not run and there is no booster or MC in the truck Hubs are too big for the 3 aluminium wheels, so wheels are just on to make it a roller. It cant be driven on them One final con. If you send a hauler to retrieve the truck I will be happy to work with them, but I am not offering shipping on my end That is everything I know of good or bad on the truck. Bring a trailer, bring a winch, the truck dont run or drive it just rolls. There is an immediate deposit of $500 required. I will do everything possible not to waste your time, so please don't waste mine by bidding on it and then changing your mind. The remaining amount can be paid in cash or paypal. This is the last week I will be listing the truck in this state. If this listing ends with no bids I will be taking the truck down for a few weeks to get it running and driving, it will then be relisted at a price reflecting that. So if you want it in its current non running/driving condition so you can do the work yourself and save a bit of money you should bid on it before the listing ends.On Oct-20-16 at 21:38:17 PDT, seller added the following information: Truck will be viewable by appointment on Sunday between 4 to 6 PM and Monday between 6 to 10 AM
