1972 Rolls Royce Corniche Stunning car presented in its original colors, white on red interior. Recently out of long term ownership.Former owner was part of the Rolls Royce club and cherished this car for many years until his recent passing.He also claimed it was in a famous movie at one point. The car presented is a nice original example, at one point in its life it was given later style bumpers, and a dual exhaust conversion. Easily converted back. The paint presents well from a few steps back, but does have typical lacquer checking in areas worse than others, but it is around the car. The interior is all original, the drivers seat does have some minor splitting.The wood on the dash and doors is very nice and all buttons are working.The top is in nice shape also, no tears, holes or rips, back window is nice and clear with no discoloration.The top functions flawlessly up and down. The engine is sound, no unusual noises. although upon startup the idle is very smooth, but becomes rough a few seconds later. I blame this on the old points style fuel pump. I believe a solid state fuel pump will fix this issue. the car runs and drives. Excellent oil pressure, does not over heat, A/C functions but does not blow as cold as I would like, the compressor is re furbished. probably needs a charge. The underside has zero rust, there is surface rust on some of the suspension parts but nothing of concern.and I do not see any fluid leaks The automatic ride control works and does not sag in the rear like most do.
