Wow...what a great car!!! I really need back seats otherwise I would keep this car forever. Perfect color combination, garage kept and very pampered. The lady who owned it before me bought it in 2001 when it was just a year old, and paid $35k for it. Runs and drives perfect, newer tires, body and interior are 99% mint. No dents, no rock chips, shiny paint, convertible top works flawlessly. Heated seats, multi-CD player, power windows/locks, cruise control, headlight washers...AMAZING car!!! The "bad": - The rearview mirror has auto dim, and the bottom half of the mirror stays dim. (I've read that is a common issue). I have a replacement, however it is not an auto dim mirror just a regular one. It just needs installed. - Car was never in an official wreck, but did hit the legs of a deer at low speed (30 MPH or less) which cracked the grill and lightly dented the very tip of the hood. All was fixed/replaced and painted perfectly. Doesn't show as an accident on the car report...you'd never know it ever happened but just want to be honest. All has been fixed professionally and looks brand new. That's it. Simply one of the best and most cared for 2000 SLK's out there. Looks brand new on outside, looks 98% brand new on the inside. $250.00 deposit via Paypal within 24 hours of auction close, the balance within 7 days (but remaining balance not via Paypal).
