The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a Beautiful Looking 2009 Honda Odyssey EX-L with 108,181 miles. It is equipped with the leather interior, heated seats, power sunroof, DVD player, power side doors & rear hatch, side airbags/curtains, 8-passenger seating and lots of other power equipment. All of the equipment and everything in this Odyssey is operating properly. This Van runs, drives and operates beautifully. There aren’t any service or warning lights on. The 3.5L I-VTEC engine runs very strong and smoothly, and the transmission shifts perfectly. The owner installed a complete set of Bridgestone premium tires which are showing most of their tread and the brakes are in excellent condition. The oil & filters were replaced this week, and this Van is ready to be picked and put to use immediately without the need for any service or maintenance. This Odyssey has a beautiful looking exterior. The Slate Green Metallic paint is super glossy and lustrous over the entire body. There are some slight scratches and bumper marks but there aren't any dents or body damage and this Van has never been in an accident. The alloy wheels are bright and clean without curb rash or scrapes. There isn’t any body rust and the undercarriage is in excellent condition as well. The interior is crisp, clean and in excellent condition. All of the leather seats are soft and supple. The carpeting is fresh and fluffy throughout this Van. All interior trim is intact, tight and in excellent condition. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any odors or burn marks inside. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $60, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter). We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
