I have a 2000 Mercedes ML430 that was running great until I tried to make it home with a Serpentine Belt that was falling off. I was only about 5 miles from home and was trying to get to my safe haven. Once the belt got destroyed, my engine lights started coming on and the engine overheated and started smoking. I had it towed home and it now sits in my driveway. My guess is that in worse case it will probably need a new engine dropped into it which is something I do not have time for. The Vehicle would also make a great source of great parts if you desire. The SUV is in very good condition with 151,970 miles. It has top of the line Michelin that have about 35K miles on them and should have about 30K left. The Battery is only two years old and the vehicle is fully loaded with GPS, AM/FM/CD stereo and Bose speakers all around. It has a sun roof, and really nice Rail bumper trim and running boards. It has a hitch and nice Alloy Wheel Rims. The black leather interior has no tears or damage. The SUV has never been in any known accidents. It does have some spots of rust which seems to all be surface between the paint and steel which could be easily brought back to new looking. There are no broken windows or cracks. Carpet is all in good shape. Cruise control, brakes, lighting, A/C, heat and all equipment was functioning before I messed up engine. Very safe and great handling vehicle. Clear Title and can be viewed by appointment. Local pickup and needs to be towed. It is sold "As Is" and can make a nice safe family car.
