This is a 1968 Mercedes 230 that was garaged for 22 years. It's a straight 6. Once grandma passed away, gramps never drove again. Pulled it out of the garage and cleaned it up. Interior is in great condition.This Mercedes has a factory crank sunroof, which was a special order and only a few had it, factory 2 carbs on it. Motor runs great! Manual transmission. This car is very rare having the sunroof, double carbs and manual Trans. Regretfully decided to let her go to a new owner. Very vey clean and rare. The hood ornament was ordered and is ready to put on. Offering for sale half of the value of this vehicle. Due to sitting for so long vehicle needs a radiator and the gas tank has an inch of sludge in it. The radiator was online for 125 and you could blow out the gas tank or replace. Found a replacement tank for $150. The shop that cleaned the carbs and flushed the fluids fed the engine gas and it fired right up and runs great. Some rust around bottom, but good condition for 50 years old. Please see my feedback comments! My rating has always been 100%, but haven't sold much this year. Sold a $50 item that they didn't think the part was in the box and they left bad feedback. It was then found. Have to sell more to rebuild feedback score.
