Up for auction is a 2002 Ford Taurus SES with leather, moonroof, adjustable pedals, CD changer, power locks, power windows, power mirrors. Everything inside works well without any issues. Buttons, Heat, windows, stereo, lights, controls all function. We are the private owners of this vehicle and have been for quite some time. The car runs and drives excellent. No misfires, no transmission slips. No check-engine light, no cracks in windshield and all exterior lights function as intended. Vehicle passed safety and emissions tests back in December. AC will need to be charged as it is not functioning properly right now. We are selling this vehicle because we purchased a brand new car and do not have use for this any longer as it is now a spare. This is an as-is sale. Buyer must pick up auction item and pay in full within 7 days of auction end. Buyer Failure to Buyer/successful winner will be obligated to leave a deposit in the amount of $500.00 immediately after bid/purchase to secure his/her interest in the vehicle in this binding agreement. Deposits are not refundable and it is the buyers responsibility to inspect vehicle and ask all questions prior to winning auction/purchasing vehicle.
