Survivor Car! This is a Dan Gurney Special. When I got the car it had been sitting for a while. I remember the car years ago the family would never sell it. In 2004 they did put new Boyd Coddington's Junk Yard Dog style rims on it. But then Parked it again for years until they finally sold it to me about 2 years ago. The car was built in Oakland California. Somehow came to Nevada and has been here most of it's life. I just put a quick paint job on it with the original color Diamond Blue to take it to a local car show. While there I had a guy Pinstripe it. I did not paint the door jams or under the hood and trunk. That's all original. Engine is a 302 4-v. I gave the engine a tune up. I replaced the alternator, the fuel pump, the coil, voltage regulator, and starter cylinoid. My daughter took it out of the storage shed a week ago and told me it was running a little sluggish so I had to take original carburetor off. I got an edelbrock on there now so I could not put the original air cleaner back on. Carburetor has been replaced only about week ago. Runs great and has plenty of power. I do not know if the milage is actual, but I do know it was sitting for loooooooong time before I got it. It does have disc brakes. It does have some dings. It has the original black Vinyl Top. Which is in good shape for it's age. Interior is the Decor Rhino Edition. They had covers over the seats and they are in immaculate condition. The dash is warped from the sun and there is some sun fading on the door panels. The headliner is also original and in really good shape. Original Blue carpet that still looks nice for its age. Also have Original Floor Mats. Everything does work on this car. The lights and the gauges on the dash. We think the air conditioning works, we were told it needs R12 to recharge it. Not exactly sure. Underneath looks immaculate, this a RUST FREE car. The trunk is also immaculate, still has original mat in it. Also has the original F70 series spare tire.
