I promised my wife that it would be out of the driveway this week, so please take advantage of my need to please my wife and get the best deal in the nation on a BMW 545i. 2004 BMW 545i 4-Door 4.4L 6-Speed Manual Transmission Sports Package, Cold Weather Package, Premium Logic 7 Sound System, Heated Steering Wheel and If that isn't enough it also has a small cooler in the middle console large enough to fit a 16oz beverage. This Car drives very well, the only issues being wear and tear type issues, such as cracked windshield, small hairline cracks in wood trim, one rear sunshade has a broken mounting tab. Overall just minor issues, also In just starting after the battery was drained from sitting, the active steering light is on, typically this is due to loss of battery voltage. Either way the car is priced about 60% of what resale in this condition is. Beware of other 545i's claiming nothing ever wrong and only having to do oil changes! These cars are awesome, drive great and are fast, but they have a lot of gremlins that show up between 80000-100000 miles. BUY one that has already had these replaced! The following items have been replaced over the last 5000 miles. New Coolant and Heater Hoses, Electric Water Pump, Clutch, Alternator, Alternator Bracket Gasket (Very expensive oil leak area.), Vacuum Pump and line, Master Cylinder, Battery, BRAND NEW TIRES! You will get nearly every option---6 speed Manual, Sport Package, Cold Weather Package, etc.... Oil changes done every 4000 miles with Royal Purple, not every 15000 miles as recommended.... That just sounds crazy doesn't it? While this car is not perfect, it is a ton of car for $6,000-$7000. Please buy this before I change my mind.
