This Nissan Versa has been my daily driver for 5 years. I am the second owner. Purchased from CarMax in 2011. CarFax vehicle history report included. This would make a great first car – reliable and easy to drive. Many desirable features including keyless entry/start, satellite radio, sunroof, more. Has been regularly maintained for all of its 110,610 miles and I have some of the service records. Clean title in-hand. The Good:Newer tires and brakes have less than 10,000 miles on them. NEW CVT transmission: Replaced 2 years ago under warranty, per Nissan, and is warranted through 2017 or 120,000 miles.New muffler.JUST detailed inside and out.A/C blows cold, heat works great.Headlights & turn indicators work.Good brakes.All power equipment works (windows, locks, etc).Starts, drives, and handles excellently.Recent oil change, full tank of gas.The Not-so-good:We recently had a driveway incident with one of our other cars... Rear passenger side panel, bumper and lights need work/replacement. Does not effect driving the car at all, just not pretty. Front/rear bumpers have chips in the clearcoat and some paint missing. Rock chip in the windshield.I have a key that will start the car, but that's it - we leave it unlocked. You'll have to get a new electronic key from Nissan. Tear in the rear seat cloth.A few nicks here and there commensurate with age, and a crack in the interior trim of the trunk.Vehicle is sold as-is, where-is. I have included lots of pictures to detail everything, but message me if you want to see anything else, or would like to check it out in person.
